Smoked Pig Shots

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Slice Kielbasa Sausage into 1/2 inch slices. Cut bacon strips in half to fit around each sausage piece. Wrap each sausage with a slice of bacon and pin closed with a toothpick.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Sweet & Savory, and Cheddar Cheese. Stir until well combined.
  3. Put mixture into a piping bag and place onto center of each piece. Garnish with fresh jalapeños. Place on smoker at 300 for 45 minutes. Brush on Smokey Mountain and let sauce set for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. When done, sprinkle with more Sweet & Savory seasoning and top with Raspberry Chipotle. Enjoy!
