Flat Iron Steak Salad
INGREDIENTS:
- Marble Ridge Flat Iron Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh Lettuce Greens
- ½ Cup Dried Fruit
- ¼ Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 2 Tbsp Salad Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the grill.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Grill on both sides to desired doneness. (See our Cooking Tips page for an internal temperature guide.)
- Lay a bed of lettuce.
- Add toppings such as dried fruit and feta cheese.
- Slice the steak into ¼ inch slices
- Lay slices on top of salad
- Serve with your favorite dressing.
