Street Tacos
INGREDIENTS:
- Marble Ridge Flank Steak *also great with Tri-Tip
- Bles Hog Bold & Beefy Seasoning
- 8 Small Tortillas
- ½ Cup Cotija Cheese
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- ½ Cup Cilantro, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the grill.
- Season Meat with Bold & Beefy.
- Grill on both sides to desired doneness. (See our Cooking Tips page for an internal temperature guide.)
- Lay a bed of lettuce.
- Add toppings such as dried fruit and feta cheese.
- Slice the steak into ¼ inch slices
- Lay slices on top of salad
- Serve with your favorite dressing.
