Tater Tot Cups
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Bag Frozen Tater Tots
- 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Green onions, Sliced
- Blues Hog Truffle & Chop Seasoning

1/2 lb. Bacon, Cooked and crumbled
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450˚F.
- Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Place 3-4 tater tots in each cup. Place muffin pan in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. Remove pan from the oven.
- Spray bottom of a drinking glass with cooking spray and press tater tots in each muffin cup to make a potato cup. When done, place back in the oven to bake for 15 more minutes until golden brown and crunchy.
- Sprinkle a base of Truffle & Chop Seasoning in each cup.
- Add a generous amount of cheddar cheese to each cup and bake until cheese has melted. Transfer to plate and let cool.
- Add sour cream, bacon, and green onion to each tater tot cup.
- Serve and enjoy!
