Cajun Shrimp & Kielbasa Skewers
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Kielbasa Sausage
- 1 Bag Raw Shrimp
- Blues Hog Cajun Bayou Seasoning
- Blues Hog Wild Sauce
- Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat grill to 400℉.
- Soak Wooden Skewers before piercing.
- Combine Olive Oil and Cajun Bayou in a separate bowl and coat shrimp. Slice Kielbasa into smaller pieces.
- Pierce one end of the shrimp, followed by a sliced sausage piece, and the other end of the shrimp (creating a 'C' shape).
- Place on grill for no more than 5 minutes.
- Remove and coat in Wild Sauce, serve and enjoy!
